This error means you have previously claimed the game on the account you are currently logged into while it was linked to a different account.
If you see this error, please re-link your Xbox account to the Ubisoft account you originally claimed the game on to regain access.
Please note you will only be able to link a Ubisoft account that has not been previously linked to a different Xbox account than the one you are currently using.
